At Affordable Luxury, we strive to provide premium luxury handbags and accessories at affordable prices while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns Accepted

All sales are final.

Affordable Luxury does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, preference changes, or any other non-defective reason.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, colors, and specifications before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email affordableluxury360@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during promotional sales
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery
  • Products purchased by mistake or due to a change of preference

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The product cannot be replaced due to inventory limitations

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
